These daytime classes are perfect for families who love music and want to share it together. Children enjoy making music together in fun and creative ways. With classes based on the Kodaly method, we sing together, move, tell stories and play instruments. Children develop rich musical skills that prepare them for any future musical activities they choose.
Our classes are unique and very special because we do not separate young children into strict age groups. We come together with expectant mother, babies, toddlers and preschoolers. In this way children are immersed in music as a language. They are able to explore, listen and create at their own pace. This echoes traditional folk musical experiences where children learn music by being in a musical environment. It’s a fun and powerful way to begin a musical journey.
